1、 Matching of core parameters

Material and Sealing: The valve body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is compatible with the liquid medium (particle free) and can avoid the risk of corrosion; Fluororubber sealing rings have strong chemical corrosion resistance and are suitable for normal temperature conditions, ensuring sealing reliability.

Flow and pressure: The valve flow range covers 80-150ml/min, and the outlet pressure is 2 kilograms (about 0.2MPa) lower than the nominal pressure of the valve, which can operate stably.

Interface and Control: The quick plug interface with diameter of 8 or 10 matches the pump outlet, making installation convenient; The RS485 communication interface supports integration with PLC, DCS and other systems to achieve remote automation adjustment.

Automatic adjustment capability: The valve is equipped with an electric actuator, which can adjust the valve core opening through RS485 signal and accurately control the flow rate; If higher stability is required, a pressure compensator (such as ZDC type) can be added to maintain a constant pressure difference at the flow port, further optimizing flow control.

3、 Selection precautions

Principle for selecting proportional valves: The nominal flow rate of proportional valves should be close to the actual flow rate to avoid a decrease in resolution due to excessive specifications; The actual flow rate needs to be calculated based on the system pressure difference to ensure that the valve is within its effective working range.

System cleanliness requirements: Proportional valves require higher system cleanliness than switch valves, and the cleanliness of conventional proportional valves should not be lower than NSA9 level to reduce the probability of failure and extend their lifespan.

Advantages of Proportional Valves with Sensors: Some high-precision proportional valves (such as 4WRE and 4WRKE) are equipped with displacement sensors, which can detect the position of the valve core in real time and automatically adjust the output current, achieving higher repeatability and frequency response.
