Glue Metering Pump Control System Selection
Based on the customer's requirements for a glue pump control system, considering the glue viscosity, flow distribution, time control, temperature and pressure range, and electrical requirements, we recommend a solution consisting of 1.2cc and 0.6cc magnetic drive pumps with a 400W servo motor and a PLC control cabinet. The detailed analysis is as follows:
I. Core Requirements Analysis
Glue Characteristics: Glue viscosity is 11,000 cp, a high-viscosity medium. Wear- and corrosion-resistant pump materials are required to prevent clogging and leakage.
Flow and Time Control:
Glue A: 30 ml/min (0.5 ml/s)
Glue B: 60 ml/min (1 ml/s)
Dispensing Time: Mixing within 20 seconds. Precise control of pump start/stop and flow rate ratio is required.
Temperature and Pressure:
Temperature: 10-30°C (room temperature range). No special heating or cooling equipment is required.
Pressure: 1-4 bar (medium-low pressure range). The pump must meet pressure stability requirements. Electrical Requirements: 220V single-phase power; a drive device compatible with this voltage must be selected.

Pump Type Selection: 1.2cc and 0.6cc Magnetic Drive Pumps

Precise control: PLC-controlled speed adjustment enables precise flow ratio distribution (e.g., A:B = 1:2).
