Industrial Pump Selection for Glue Applications
For scenarios involving glue media (non-particulate corrosion, viscosity after heating 800cp, temperature ≤100℃, flow rate 500-600KG/H, gravity flow, insulation required, no outlet pressure requirement), our technicians recommend a 1.65-2y rotary pump that highly matches the requirements in the following aspects:
1. Media Compatibility and Corrosion Resistance: Glue media is non-particulate corrosive. The pump head and base are made of SS304 stainless steel, effectively resisting the chemical corrosion of the glue and ensuring long-term operational reliability.
2. Viscosity and Flow Rate Compatibility
Viscosity: The adhesive viscosity after heating is 800 cp. Rotary pumps (especially internal gear pumps) are highly adaptable to high-viscosity media. The flow rate parameters (0.6 m³/h) of the 1.65-2y model are highly compatible with the required flow rate (500-600 kg/h, approximately 0.5-0.6 m³/h, converted based on adhesive density of 1.0-1.2 g/cm³), ensuring stable delivery of high-viscosity adhesives.
